Eminem - Not Afraid (Prod Boi-1da)

Good to see Em is back to spitting hard as shit again.

Reminds me of a young Em...RIP Proof one of the dopest to ever touch a mic.

This I posted because it is the 1st single off Recovery.

And its Em.

So enjoy.

Eminem - Not Afraid (Prod Boi-1da)

BONUS EMINEM

He rips Drake's Over beat and Lloyd Banks Beamer, Benz, and Bentley beat the fuck apart.

I mean to shreds people.

This is the reason I fuckin knew his 1st three albums word for word, front to back.

Good to see leaving mics in a heap of blisterin metal is back in style.

Anyways the track is produced by Kanye.

See all you 808 haters!!!

He is making hip-hop-ish beats still.

But 808 did slap with that 808 you suckas.

Big Sean feat Drake - Made Plus More Big Sean Slaps

Shout out G.O.O.D. Music and Kanye for keeping talented cats in the mainstreams eyes.
I heard of Big Sean a few years ago when he signed to Kanye's label and I never really checked for him because I figured when Kanye wanted us to hear him then the media blitz would begin.
Since this song with Drake just dropped I guess the media blitz has begun.
I posted this because I am sure all the Degrassi fanatics will be happy but mostly because if you aren't up on Big Sean....FIX YA FACE.
Word to DJ Noodles.
Anyways this track is pretty good so enjoy.
Detroit stand the fuck up.
BONUS BIG SEAN SLAPS!!!

RIP Guru

We lost a legend in Keith Elam.

Despite having tried to distance himself from his legendary work with Dj Premier as one half of Gangstarr in the later years, he still dropped knowledge whenever he grabbed the mic.

For those of you disrespectful fucks who were in the club yesterday at Afterlife in Scottsdale AZ when the DJ dropped Mass Appeal and you looked dazed and confused....kill yoselves.

In rock n roll/popish we got Ke$ha talkin about how she wanna fuck men that look like Mick Jagger and he looks like death himself.

BUT AT LEAST SHE RESPECTS THE CULTURE SHE GREW UP IN.

Hip-hop, rap, or whatever you wanna call it is the only musical genre that doesn't respect the people who pioneered the shit.

All you aspiring MCs who aren't up on Guru and what he represented to this culture?

He was Gifted, Unlimited, Rhymes, Universal.

RIP Keith Elam

Shout Out B.o.B AKA Bobby Ray AKA Mr 3 Top 10 Singles

Since itunes currently is single-handedly the financial lifeline to the music industry, if you can sell some itunes units, it usually is a pretty good indication that you are gonna sell some physical copies too.

B.o.B, Bobby Ray, or just talented young brother.

Mad props for getting 3 singles on the itunes Top 10 Rap/Hip-Hop Singles at once.

Go out and buy a copy of his album when it drops this Tuesday and support talent so they stop mass producing rappers.

Nothing against Wayne and his love of guitar strumming...

But there is a HUGE difference in rapping over beats that have guitar riffs, and rapping over a guitar riff that you actually created yourself.

Good to see that talent is rising again to the top in the cesspool that is the music industry.
Dream is the Radio Killer.
So Bobby Ray is the itunes Killer.
And Radio Reviver.
Grand Hustle's Secret Weapon...

Blame it on the Warrants - DJ Drama & Fabolous Bury the Dead

No not the alcohol T-Pain.
Send your thank you's to Sherrif Joe for keeping me from blessing yall with smackers.

America's most loved Sherrif Joe Arpaio and his Tent City in case you aren't familiar.

Tent City gave me an ear infection during my stay there and an asthma attack at 6:30 in a cold Arizona morning.

That picture makes it look hot but hot in the desert day means cold in the desert evening in desert logic.

Also in a strange twist of fuckery, check me out on MSNBC's Lockup in July.

Not by choice but as the Detention Officers informed me when I protested my being filmed, "You're county property. Be happy we feed you."

Now back to our regularly scheduled music.

Shout out Fabolous because dammit There is No Competition. 2.

Personally I support DJ Drama to the fullest so yes you will be getting his drops people.

Quality music should be supported by us the fans.

Dramatic.

Enjoy.

DJ Drama & Fabolous - There is No Competition 2

PS: If you have been sleeping on Freck Billionaire, the Billionaire in his name probably makes you feel worthless.
Step your bars up.
Before Fab dropped this tape, I only had There is No Competition and Freck Billie's Fist Full of Dollars and one other mixtape to quench my thirst for bars.
Peep Mr. Bar 4 Bar.
Freck Billionaire - Mr. Handsdown
Freck Billionaire - Drug Dealer
And just for kicks lets listen to Freck rip into Floyd Mayweather.
Floyd better beat Mosley's ass is all I'm sayin.
Don't be like Oklahoma and just be OK.
Freck Billionaire - 39-1 (Floyd Mayweather diss)
Fabolous and his Street Fiddidaboys are quite skilled with the wordplay, word to Paul Cain.

DJ Drama & Dorrough - Number 23

I saw Dorrough in June in Vegas at Ray J's Poetry Nightclub and he was having a good time with his green chain. His weed carriers were literally sippin bottles of Moet, blowing Black & Milds and mean muggin the shit outta everyone.

Dorrough was all smiles though and went through a bunch of songs I had never heard besides Ice Cream Paint Job.

I guess he had 2 songs on 106 and Park at the time and was feelin good about that.

Dorrough - Walk that Walk

Dorrough - Ice Cream Paint Job

Mad props for any young nigga who is hustlin, blows up...AND KEEPS HUSTLIN LIKE HE NEVER MADE IT.

At least from what I have seen so far.

And he actually says some shit that makes sense in the interviews I have read from him so big up Dorrough.

Follow him on Twitter or check out his MySpace for more Dorrough Music.

What I liked about this tape besides it was a Gangsta Grillz Production and I support that kinda quality to the end, is that is sounds like a Dorrough Music tape more than it does a Gangsta Grillz tape.

I mean we get Drama drops but we get Dorrough Music drops too which I haven't heard really before and I gotta say it did the job well.

Dorrough Music is in my head.

Now let it get in your head too.

Enjoy.
