So Serene... So Serene...

So Serene?

Many of us know the meaning of the word, but do we really know the feeling?

I'm sure for many people after working all day, coming home, cooking dinner for your household, and then getting the kids to bed can be pretty exhausting.

Even if you don't have kids let's face it life's day to day repetitiveness can get tiring.

Not pretty tiring, but extremely tiring.

Especially if you're doing it day in and day out.

You have to give the kids attention...

Give your significant other attention...

Give your friends attention....

When do you have time to give yourself attention?

I know most people are usually tired by the time they shower and lay in the bed to count sheep...

So instead curve all of that and find time throughout the day to unwind and reflect on somethings you do have...

Wherever place you are in life you should always take a moment to look inside and ask yourself...

"Am I happy?"

If the answer is no, make some short term goals to slowly but surely get to where you need to be mentally.

Everyone needs time to themselves because being crowded is extremely overwhelming and you may either explode or become so engulfed in whoever/whatever you're around, that you may lose yourself...

And that won't be any good to you, or your family.

So...

*Exercise your mind
*Make time for recreation
*Enjoy YOURSELF
*Become involved in leisure activities that are both peaceful and playful. (With you family, if you have one.)
*Indulge yourself regularly
*PUT IT ON PAPER
*Or in a blog=) (Writing changes perspective and is a great stress reliever.)
*Listen to music...

This can be some sure things to help "take you there."

For all of you saying oh the King is too mean....

The King is only about music and things on his royal mind.....

A guest writer stopped by....

Just to help all of you e-people who are getting worked up and all e-motional...

To take a moment and dive inside yourself...

And find your happy place.

I would have snapped a servant's neck years ago if I didn't have a happy place.
